Rustic Cottage in Heart of Town

Useful place to stay in the middle of Otley. I needed easy access to Wharfedale hospital. Negative: No wi fi. No paper copy of the information pack, so getting the heating to work was by trial and error. I couldn’t get the heating in the bedroom to work at all.

Positive: Very central location near bus station and next to supermarket so no car needed to visit surrounding villages. Extremely quiet at night and very comfy bed in spacious bedroom and super clean. I was exactly what I needed for this short break to recover from a very stressful time. Negative: Very small cramped kitchen, very dark and decor , no warning of no WiFi and TV had faulty lines going through it. Very steep staircase so unsuitable for elderly or young children. Too pricy for what they offered.

Very comfortable and homely Positive: Lovely little town house with everything you could need for a stay - some tea, coffee etc available. Close to several pubs and a nice Indian restaurant. We only stayed one night but could imagine staying for longer. Negative: Not that we watch much TV, but we could only get one station! There is no parking at the property as it's up a cobbled street, however we were able to get some fairly close on the main street.
